1. Click on REGISTRATION to register yourself for fill up Application form.
2. Please fill all mandatory fields carefully.
3. Candidates are advised to upload recent passport size photograph with Dimension 100(H) X 100(W) OR Less, having any of the extension (.jpeg OR .jpg OR .gif OR .png).
4. Before submitting the Application Form, kindly ensure that the Form is complete in all respect. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.
5. After Submitting Application Form successfully applicant can view, print and download own Application Form.
6. After Applying Online the candidate can make his/her payment (application fees) an amount of Rs 200 /- by ONLINE MODE (Payment details given below).
7.  Candidate must send the soft copies of Applications Form and Application Fee Payment Receipt by Email to ccsdrcollege@gmail.com
8. The merit list of selected candidate will be published in the College website in due time.
9. Candidate will get individual notification regarding admission through SMS and Email.
10. The provisional admission will be made after receiving of admission and course fees payment receipts and candidate get admission receipt or confirmation through their respective Email ID.
